The companies Maschinenbau Aktiengesellschaft Balcke and Dürrwerke AG, a Ratingen-based, well-known manufacturer of steam boilers and heat transfer equipment for power plants, merge on October 1. The new company starts up with a capital stock of DM 22 million and 2600 employees. |
