Marley Changes Its Name to SPX Cooling Technologies

Effective October 1, 2005, Marley Cooling Technologies, Inc. Becomes SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.—October 1, 2005—As a full line, full service company, SPX Cooling Technologies better reflects our image as a worldwide leading manufacturer of cooling products. We will continue to provide Marley, Hamon Dry Cooling and Balcke/Ceramic branded cooling products and components for our customers. Cooling towers and components will still carry the Marley and Recold brands and we will continue to provide the same support for all brands.
