Marley Class 160
Similar in design to the Sigma, these highly-efficient, low-maintenance towers offer a wide choice of solutions for heavy industrial plants and large HVAC applications. Available in wood (Douglas fir or redwood). Tower cells range from 1,500 to 11,660 GPM capacities.
LNG Heating Tower
Before this technology was available, U.S. LNG facility operators had to use the natural gas they were storing and transporting as the heat source to reconvert LNG from its liquid form to gas. They were using their own raw materials that otherwise could be sold, as part of the regasification process. The heating tower uses ambient temperature air to heat the water. That warm water circulates back through a series of heat exchangers, and turns LNG from its liquid form – which is extremely cold at 200 degrees below zero (Fahrenheit) – into a gaseous state. The cold water returning from the LNG heat exchangers is recirculated back to the heating tower to begin the water-heating process all over again.
Biomedia System
The Biomedia System is a set of products specially designed to work together for waste water treatment applications.
MarPier
MarPier is a specialized support system for the Biomedia System that can be configured to accommodate various trickling filter floor slopes and media configurations.
MarDek
As part of the Biomedia System, MarDek is a high-strength grating support system designed to accommodate all loads associated with filter operation. It offers superior media bearing area along with an open design allowing free water flow.
MarGrid
MarGrid is grating designed to be placed above MarPak in the Biomedia System and is ideal as a walking surface and a maintenance platform for your waste water treatment application. With complete coverage, MarDek serves to further protect the media surface from weathering and impact.
MarPak
MarPak is a modular PVC corrugated fill media specifically designed for biological treatment applications as part of the Biomedia System.
Balcke Counterflow FRP
Cell-type cooling towers consist of one or several rectangular cells. Being the type most frequently built, cell-type cooling towers are widely used in all industry branches.
Balcke Crossflow Timber
A film- or splash-filled crossflow cooling tower of redwood or Douglas Fir construction offering complete flexibility to meet all system design requirements to maximize the total, year-round system energy efficiency.
Balcke Counterflow Timber
Cell-type cooling towers consist of one or several rectangular cells. Being the type most frequently built, cell-type cooling towers are widely used in all industry branches. Timber cooling towers require minimal capital expenditure. They are often used in plants with short depreciation periods.
Balcke Crossflow Steel
A film-filled crossflow cooling tower of steel construction offering complete flexibility to meet all system design requirements to maximize the total, year-round system energy efficiency.
ClearSky™
The SPX ClearSky™ Plume Abatement System reduces cooling plumes using leading-edge technologies.
