Edelstahl Typ 301L (SS), Edelstahl Typ 304 und sogar Edelstahl Typ 316 k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr die Turmstruktur und -komponenten, einschlie\u00dflich Kaltwasserbecken, w\u00e4hlbare Optionen sein, wenn ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Korrosionsschutz \u00fcber verzinkten Stahl hinaus gew\u00fcnscht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Verst\u00e4ndnis der unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften von Edelstahlsorten kann zu logischeren und zuverl\u00e4ssigeren Entscheidungen f\u00fchren. Au\u00dferhalb der Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte bieten diese beiden Edelstahlsorten in typischen K\u00fchlturmumgebungen praktisch den gleichen Korrosionsschutz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den weiteren Vorteilen einiger G\u00fcten vom Typ 301L geh\u00f6ren eine h\u00f6here Streckgrenze und Zugfestigkeit sowie eine bessere Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit. Sie lassen sich auch schneller kaltverformen, was die Ausd\u00fcnnung verringert und f\u00fcr eine h\u00f6here Festigkeit in den geformten Bereichen sorgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unter extremen Bedingungen, wie Umgebungen mit niedrigem pH-Wert, hohem Chloridgehalt oder extrem oxidierenden oder reduzierenden Umgebungen, kann ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Korrosionsschutz durch Materialien wie Edelstahl Typ 316 gerechtfertigt sein. Edelstahl Typ 316 enth\u00e4lt Molybd\u00e4n, das f\u00fcr noch h\u00f6here Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit sorgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die meisten K\u00fchlt\u00fcrme sind diesen extremen Bedingungen nie ausgesetzt.
