The MarleyGard™ Basin Filter ist ein zum Patent angemeldetes Filtersystem für werkseitig montierte Querstromkühltürme mit oder ohne Düsenbecher. Der zum Patent angemeldete Filter verfügt über antimikrobielle Eigenschaften und wird durch ein Gitter aus Edelstahl 304 an Ort und Stelle gehalten. By capturing mineral scale, pipe rust, fibers and other debris in the hot water basin, the Basin Filter extends equipment life by preventing debris from reaching other components downstream – including cooling tower fill, pump impellers and heat exchangers.

Neben der Erfassung von Trümmern, silver-based biocide is infused in the Basin Filter to help support cooling tower hygiene. The Basin Filter, while durable in harsh cooling tower environments, is replaceable for ease of cleaning and renewal of antimicrobial properties, and easy to install every six months as recommended.
